Nyale Institute is convening a Civil Society Technical Workshop to strengthen strategic advocacy and coordination following the landmark AC (a Minor) vs Attorney General and Others judgment.
The workshop brings together civil society organizations, government representatives, legal practitioners, health professionals, researchers, youth advocates, development partners, media practitioners, and community actors to discuss the legal, health, and policy implications of the judgment.
Participants will explore implementation challenges, identify advocacy priorities, and develop a shared roadmap to strengthen collaboration and support the effective implementation of the judgment. The meeting reflects a shared commitment to advancing access to justice and sexual and reproductive health and rights through coordinated, evidence-informed advocacy in Malawi.
