Nyale Institute alongside KK Attorneys have facilitated access to justice for a family who lost their relative due to maternal death. The case brought against the Ministry of Health raises important questions about the care provided to women during child birth and also the rights of women during child birth.
The trial commenced at the Magistrates and the judgement is set to be given in 28 days.
